We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

Please understand that insurance reimbursement can be a long and difficult process for our office. In fact, insurers will routinely stall, deny and reduce payments. For that reason, our billing staff has undergone extensive and rigorous training to maximize your insurance benefits, while reducing the time in which they pay.
We work with all dental insurance plans. Please call our office to find out if we accept your HMO Plan. We are happy to do all your insurance billing for you. We ask you to pay your co-pay plus any remaining deductible on the day of your procedure. We accept major credit cards. We also offer financing.
